Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free of charge. We ship from Taiwan to the countries listed at checkout, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel and most of Europe.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Economy international delivery takes approximately 25–35 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices do not include import duties, VAT or other taxes that your country may charge on arrival. These are collected by the carrier or customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Knife laws

Automatic (OTF / switchblade) knives, butterfly knives (balisongs) and some fixed blades are restricted in certain countries, states and cities. Please check your local laws before ordering. We are not responsible for items seized by customs, and seized orders cannot be refunded.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 45 days after dispatch, email us at t7831702@gmail.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
